1.1 The Client hereby appoints Era Wellness Pte Ltd (EW) to secure the services of a Massage Therapist (MT) for a contract of services with the terms and conditions that appear below.
1.2 The period of this contract of services shall be from the date this agreement is received to the last session of the services provided.
2.1 Total sessions of massage included in Client’s package or total duration of the massage session is as stated in the Receipt.
2.2 Massage services will commence as per below:
2.2.1 Pre Natal massage service is recommended after 28 weeks of pregnancy and latest by 2 weeks before Estimated Delivery Date (EDD). If Client would like to get the massage service within week 16 until week 27 of pregnancy, written approval from the a gynaecologist, obstetrician, or other relevant medical expert is required.
2.2.2 Post Natal massage service recommended commencement is anytime after 5 days from the delivery date in the event whereby the delivery mode of the Client is normal delivery or anytime after 21 days from the delivery date in the event whereby the
Client has a cesarean delivery.
2.3 For Post Natal massage, the Client is required to send an SMS/WhatsApp to EW at 89466210 upon admission to hospital, in order for us to have the MT on standby.
3.1 The massage bed will be delivered before the Commencement of the first session of the massage, subject to availability and the date on which the Client contacts EW for service activation of massage session.
3.2 The massage bed will be collected from the Client after the last massage session or after the end of duration of the massage session.
3.3 In the event of damage or loss of the massage bed due to the Client’s misuse or negligence, a penalty charge of S$100 will be imposed on the Client.
4.1 Please note that prices of all or specific massage services and rental of massage bed may be increased at any time without prior notice.
4.2 To secure preferred date and time of the massage session, 3 days of advance booking is recommended. Express booking is subject to availability.
4.3 If the Client needs to cancel a reservation or reschedule a session, 24-hours notice is required to be sent to EW/MT.
4.4 Clients are advised to avoid spending excessive time on mobile usage or washroom during
every massage session as it will end according to the scheduled time.
5.1 In the consideration of the services to be provided by EW, the Client shall pay for the massage service/package fees in full upon the confirmation of the booking before the commencement of any/the massage session.
5.2 For Clients who have purchased credits with EW, the Client may use any available credits to offset the payment of any of the massage services/packages required. There is no expiration date for the credits.
5.3 Applicable only for Pre Natal/Post Natal massage packages, there is strictly no refund once the first session of the package has started. The Client may request for a change of a different MT (subject to availability and only ONCE per package) immediately after the first session and Clients are to take note that first session will still be counted as one session to be deducted from the package.
5.4 If the Client intends to terminate this contract of service due to medical reasons with doctor’s certification, refund will be taken into consideration excluding utilised sessions’, any discounts’, promotional offers or complimentary sessions’/services. Every termination will be
subjected to EW’s approval.
5.5 In the event where the massage bed has been delivered to the Client’s premises and Client decides to cancel the booking of the massage bed only prior to the start of the massage session, a delivery charge of S$50 will be imposed.
6.1 The Client must provide a detailed medical history to the best of his/her knowledge or allergies/limitations/physical ailments if there is any.
6.2 The Client is aware that the MT is not a physician and do not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications nor physically manipulate the spine or it is immediate articulations.
6.3 The Client also clearly understands that the massage session is not a substitute for a medical treatment/examination. All Clients with any existing medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before receiving any massage service.
6.4 Should the Client experience any discomfort during the massage session, the Client will have to inform the MT so that the massage service will be adjusted accordingly to his/her level of comfort or in extreme events, to stop the whole session immediately.
7.1 The Client wishes to utilise the service of EW and the Client hereby absolutely and irrecoverably releases EW, its employees, representatives, agents/assignees from any claims, legal or otherwise, from accidents, injuries, outcome or losses that may occur as a
result of the Client’s participation in any massage services.
7.2 The Client acknowledges that He/She has read the waiver of liability carefully and understands its meaning and the Client voluntarily releases the above-named parties from all liabilities arising out of the Client’s utilisation of any massage services
